1. Fast and Reliable Worldwide Shipping

We offer fast and free shipping to all our customers, with delivery times varying by region. The delivery period begins once your order has been shipped.

  • United States, Canada, and Europe: 7 to 12 business days – Free shipping

  • Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days – Free shipping

  • Asia and Africa: 10 to 18 business days – Free shipping

  • Rest of the world: 12 to 20 business days – Free shipping

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number to follow your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.

4. Signature on Delivery

Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery.

5. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Fiorela Dresses does not manage or estimate these charges. If the customer refuses to pay, the package may be returned or discarded by the carrier with no refund issued.

6. Preorders

Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they become available. To receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

7. Return to Sender

Orders returned to our warehouse as undeliverable will receive store credit, excluding original shipping fees. Please contact the carrier to determine why your package was returned.

8. Delays and Lost Packages

Fiorela Dresses is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, or delays caused by carriers or customs. However, we will assist you with any issues related to your delivery.
